Qualifications include a nursing degree with BSN preferred, at least one year in nursing management in long-term care, and two years of relevant nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Minimum of one year in nursing management in the long-term care industry.
• Two years of professional nursing experience in long-term care, acute care, restorative care or geriatric settings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) and the interdisciplinary care planning process.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver patient-centered care.
