Job summary

Avalon Care Center Northpointe in Spokane, WA is seeking an MDS Coordinator to lead the MDS and resident assessments, ensure documentation accuracy, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support high-quality resident care.

The role requires a Washington RN license (NLC-eligible) and prior MDS/SNF experience. Competitive pay, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and full-time hours with comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications
