Job summary

Avalon Care Center Northpointe in Spokane, WA seeks an experienced MDS coordinator to join our clinical leadership team. You will oversee MDS assessments, coordinate with Medicare, Managed Care, and OBRA processes, and help drive care planning and resident outcomes.

This full-time role located at a single site offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and strong benefits. Previous MDS and SNF experience is required to succeed within the Avalon team.
