Avalon Care Center at Northpointe in Spokane, WA is seeking an MDS Coordinator to lead the MDS and resident assessment processes, ensuring documentation is accurate and completed on time. This full-time role collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to support care planning and regulatory compliance.

The position emphasizes Medicare/Managed Care alignment and quality outcomes, with opportunities to impact reimbursement accuracy and resident care.

Qualifications

• Current Washington RN license (or NLC-eligible).
• Previous MDS and skilled nursing facility experience required.
• Strong knowledge of the RAI process and case management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to pass required employment screenings.
