Responsibilities
  • Manage resident assessments and care planning, ensuring the completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications
  • Current Indiana license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program, preferably with a BSN.
  • At least one year of nursing management experience in long-term care.
  • Two years of professional nursing experience in long-term care, acute care, restorative care, or geriatric nursing settings.
