Qualifications

• Valid Texas Nursing License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare program.
• Knowledge of long-term care standards per Federal Register, Participation Conditions and State regulations.

Responsibilities

• Complete the RAI process for each resident, as required by State and Federal regulations.
• Transmit and verify receipt of RAI documentation with the State.
• Build and lead a high-performing MDS team and culture.
