AVIR Health Group seeks a qualified MDS Coordinator to join our family in Texas. The primary duty is to complete the RAI process for each resident, with state verification, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program.
• Must possess knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.
