AVIR Health Group is seeking a licensed MDS Coordinator to join our family. The coordinator will complete the RAI process for each resident, ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations and transmitting verification of receipt to the State.

Walk-ins are welcome daily!

The ideal candidate holds a Texas nursing license, CPR certification, and at least one year in a supervisory role in a hospital or skilled nursing facility, with knowledge of long-term care standards.

Formación

• Valid Texas nursing license (RN) is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare program.
• Knowledge of long-term care operational standards per Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.
