Job summary

AVIR Health Group seeks a qualified MDS Coordinator to join our family and lead a high-performing team. The primary responsibility is to complete the RAI process for each resident while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely State verification.

Ranked qualifications include a Texas Nurse License and CPR certification, plus at least one year of supervisory healthcare experience. Walk-ins are welcomed daily and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in healthcare.
• Knowledge of long-term care standards per Federal Register and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Complete the RAI process for each resident as required by state and federal regulations.
• Transmit and verify receipt of RAI data with the State.
• Lead and develop a high-performing MDS team and culture.
