Qualifications

• Must possess working knowledge of Long-Term care standards and regulations.
• Experience in supervisory capacity in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Complete the RAI process for each resident.
• Develop and maintain the care plan with input from residents and families.
• Coordinate with nursing staff to implement care plans.
• Prepare reports for Director of Nursing Administration.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in QA activities.
• Serve on facility committees as needed.
