Job summary

Avir Vista is seeking a qualified MDS Coordinator to join our family in Texas. The primary duty is to complete the RAI process for each resident and ensure transmission and verification by state authorities.

The ideal candidate holds a Texas Nursing License with CPR certification and at least one year in a supervisory role in a hospital or skilled nursing facility, and is passionate about building a high‑performing team and culture. Walk-ins welcome daily; competitive benefits package provided.

Qualifications

• RN license valid in Texas with current CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year in a supervisory role in healthcare.
• Knowledge of long-term care standards per Federal and State regulations.

Responsibilities

• Complete the RAI process for each resident as required by regulations.
• Transmit and verify receipt of RAI/RAI data with State authorities.
• Lead and develop a high-performing MDS team and culture.
