Job summary

Avir Vista is seeking a licensed MDS Coordinator to join our family-focused team in Keller, TX. The role centers on completing the RAI process for each resident and ensuring transmission and verification with State regulators, while fostering a supportive, high-performing culture.

The ideal candidate will hold a Texas RN license, CPR certification, at least one year of supervisory experience in healthcare, and deep knowledge of long-term care standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Nurse License is required.
• CPR Certification is required.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare program.
• Knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.

Responsibilities

• Complete the RAI process for each resident as required by State and Federal regulations.
• Transmit and verify receipt by the State.
• Contribute to building and leading a high-performing MDS team and culture.
