AVIR Health Group is seeking a licensed MDS Coordinator to join our family-focused team in Texas. You will lead and build a high-performing team, ensuring accurate completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process for every resident and timely transmission and verification with State authorities.

The ideal candidate holds a Texas nursing license, CPR certification, and at least one year of supervisory experience in healthcare, with knowledge of long-term care regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Nursing License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in healthcare.
• Knowledge of long‑term care operating standards and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Complete the RAI process for each resident and ensure transmission and verification of receipt by the State.
