Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as an RN or LPN in Texas.
• Must have a current, unencumbered license to practice in Texas.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare program.

Responsibilities

• Complete the RAI process for each resident in a timely manner.
• Conduct and formalize written care plans with input from resident and family.
• Ensure care plans are implemented in daily nursing care.
• Maintain compliance with State and Federal regulations and facility policies.
• Serve on facility committees (Care Plan, Quality Assurance, Utilization review).
• Attend staff meetings and participate in nursing quality assurance activities.
