AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified MDS Coordinator to join our family in Texas. The role focuses on completing the RAI process for each resident, ensuring accuracy, transmission, and verification by state authorities.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare program.
• Knowledge of long-term care standards per Federal Register, COPs and State regs.

Responsibilities

• Complete the RAI process for each resident as required by State and Federal regulations.
• Handle transmission and verification of RAI receipts with the State.
