AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified MDS Coordinator to join our family. The role focuses on completing the RAI process for each resident and ensuring accurate transmission and verification with the State.

A Texas-licensed nurse with CPR is required; supervisory experience in healthcare is preferred. We offer daily pay, 401k matching, family health insurance, PTO, and strong corporate support.

Qualifications

• Texas nursing license required and CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year in a supervisory capacity in healthcare.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and Federal/State participation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete the RAI process for each resident and ensure accuracy.
• Transmit and verify receipt of RAI data with the State.
• Build and lead a high-performing MDS team and culture.
