Qualifications

• Requires Nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• 2–4 years of progressively responsible work experience in long-term care with MDS experience.
• Current RN license in good standing with the state.

Responsibilities

• Completes and submits MDS documentation on time.
• Acts as a team member providing expertise on MDS regulations.
