Responsibilities

• Oversee the assessment process and ensure MDS completion is accurate and timely.
• Coordinate the care plan in line with regulatory requirements.
• Create and manage the assessment schedule for all residents; deliver denial notices as needed.
• Lead or participate in daily PPS meetings, weekly Medicare meetings, weekly care conferences, and monthly triple check meetings to ensure federal billing compliance.
