Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum 2–4 years of progressively responsible long-term care experience.
• Current state RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident care plans comply with MDS regulations.
• Complete and submit all MDS documentation on time per schedules.
• Serve as coordinator of care conferences.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on MDS regulations.
• Monitor compliance with Code of Conduct and Compliance Program.
