American Senior Communities' Coventry Meadows seeks a MDS Assistant to complete the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) and lead the interdisciplinary care planning process, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, 1–3 years of MDS experience preferred, and at least two years of professional nursing in long-term or geriatric settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 1–3 years of MDS experience preferred.
• Two years of professional nursing experience in long-term care, acute care, restorative care or geriatric nursing setting.
