Job summary
Willowdale Village is seeking an experienced RN MDS Coordinator for a part-time day shift to oversee the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) and interdisciplinary care planning. The role ensures compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements and promotes high-quality resident care.
Candidates should be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, preferably BSN, with at least one year in nursing management in long-term care and two years of nursing experience in geriatric settings.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum of one year in nursing management in the long-term care industry.
- Two years of professional nursing experience in long-term care, acute care, restorative care or geriatric nursing setting.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process and interdisciplinary care planning.
- Lead and motivate staff to follow RAI processes accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements.
- Promote compassionate, resident-centered care within the team.
