Job summary

Dexis is seeking a Mandatory Declassification Review (MDR) & FRUS Program Support Lead for a WHS/ESD contract in the NCR. The role oversees MDR/FRUS processes, compliance with EO 13526, and staff management with SCI eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities include drafting MDR/FRUS correspondence, tracking actions, and coordinating with DoW/DOE and State Department authorities. This is a full-time, US-based position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent combined education/experience.
• 6+ years managing personnel.
• 3+ years MDR/FRUS program support experience.
• 3+ years developing declassification policies (EO13526/Atomic Energy Act).
• 3+ years working with DOE/DoW or related agencies on declassification.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and recommendations for declassification actions.
• Draft, prepare, and process MDR/FRUS correspondence for government approval.
• Develop and maintain MDR/FRUS tracking systems in compliance with laws.
• Support FRUS declassification actions per State Dept authorities.
• Maintain Records Disposition Schedule and related notices.
• Ensure staff complete required declassification and HRRDR training.
• Manage MDR/FRUS staff ensuring SCI-eligibility across personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
