Job summary

Hazel Health, in partnership with Little Otter, seeks a licensed child and family therapist to provide virtual, evidence-based therapy for children and families. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, craft individualized treatment plans, and use standardized measures to guide care, with a focus on whole-family outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s-level therapist licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent).
• Clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families.
• Experience using evidence-based approaches for pediatric mental health.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based virtual therapy to children, adolescents, and families.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality clinical care with measurement-based guidance.
• Engage caregivers to support treatment goals and outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team for coordinated care.
• Assess and address safety concerns following best practices and protocols.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and comply with licensing and regulatory standards.
