Qualifications

• Must be in the CMS Teacher Leader Pathway Talent Pool as an MCL2.
• Experience coaching 7-8 teachers on a caseload and leading a team.
• Ability to plan and implement PLC cycles and data-driven instruction.

Responsibilities

• Coach 7-8 teachers on caseload using co-teaching and modeling.
• Lead a team of teachers and support staff to improve student outcomes.
• Provide feedback to principal and align with Board of Education policies.
• Conduct regular walkthroughs and data-driven instruction adjustments.
