The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, full-time 10-month terms, and supplemental stipends for Title I/Non-Title I assignments.

Qualifications

• Must be in the CMS Teacher Leader Pathway Talent Pool as an MCL2.
• Certified Schedule/ Full-time, 10 months.
• Non-Title I School: $13,750 supplemental.
• Title 1 School: $18,250 supplemental.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily coaching and preparation time for the MCL2 caseload of 7-8 teachers.
• Lead a team of teachers and support staff to improve student outcomes.
• Use co-teaching, modeling and small groups to support students.
• Review student progress and adjust instruction to meet learning goals.
• Offer feedback to the principal on team development and performance.
