• Demonstrated ability to coach adults and lead a team of teachers.

Responsibilities

• Coach 7-8 teachers on caseload with weekly/bi-weekly cycles.
• Lead a team of teachers and support staff to improve student outcomes.
• Set roles/goals for team members and review progress with data.
• Provide feedback to principal and participate in program design.
