Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and NC Professional Educator's License, with 4+ years teaching experience and evidence of high-progress outcomes. Strong leadership and communication with families are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• NC Professional Educator's License in subject area required.
• At least 4 years of prior teaching experience required.
• At least 2 years of high-progress student outcomes demonstrated evidence required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Coach a team of 4-6 teachers with weekly/bi-weekly coaching cycles.
• Lead team to review student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Provide data-informed feedback to teachers and to the principal.
• Design scheduling for instructional time and allocate responsibilities.
• Engage families and community partners to support student success.
