Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• NC Professional Educator's License in subject area and grade level.
• Minimum of four years of prior teaching experience with two years of high-progress student outcomes.
• Leadership/coaching of adults experience required.
• One year in a formal adult leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching to the 7-8 teachers on the MCL2 caseload.
• Lead team meetings and establish roles/goals annually.
• Review student progress and adjust instruction to improve outcomes.
• Provide feedback to the principal and collaborate with families.
• Participate in professional development opportunities.
