Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• NC Professional Educator's License required.
• 4+ years of teaching experience with 2+ years of high-progress student outcomes expected.

Responsibilities

• Coach a team of 7-8 teachers with weekly/bi-weekly coaching cycles.
• Lead team to establish roles and goals, and review student progress to adjust instruction.
• Provide data-driven feedback to improve instructional practices.
• Lead the PLC culture and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance student outcomes.
• Communicate with families and supervise professional development for staff.
