HighRise Capital is seeking motivated and results-driven MCA Sales Brokers to join our growing business finance team in New York. We specialize in helping SMBs access working capital and alternative financing solutions, and we are looking for sales professionals hungry to succeed in a competitive environment.

Your base salary will be determined by your previous sales experience and MCA industry knowledge, with uncapped commissions and performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and generating new business leads.
• Making outbound calls to business owners.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Educating business owners on available financing options.
• Qualifying businesses for Merchant Cash Advances and other financing products.
• Collecting required business documentation.
• Submitting complete applications to the underwriting team.
• Managing and maintaining an active sales pipeline.
• Following up with prospects and existing clients.
• Negotiating and structuring financing opportunities.
• Working closely with underwriting and processing teams.
• Closing deals and generating funded business.
• Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Maintaining accurate records within the CRM.
