Work from a home office with GoHighLevel pipeline ownership, multi‑touch follow-ups, and ongoing CRM hygiene. Commission‑only compensation with an OTE of $125k+ based on performance. Remote nationwide role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the automotive industry.
• 5+ years of phone sales or telemarketing.
• Knowledge of paint, coatings, detailing workflows.
• Genuine passion for cars and customer experience.
• Comfort with remote work and self‑discipline.

Responsibilities

• Handle 10+ warm inbound leads daily and quote requests.
• Respond within 5 minutes to inquiries.
• Lead consultative conversations and close deals.
• Own your pipeline inside GoHighLevel with follow-ups.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and drive daily pipeline activity.
