Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is hiring a Caregiver to provide one-on-one in-home care across Framingham, Newton, Natick and nearby areas. Short shifts and driving are required, with flexible schedules including weekends.

You will bring companionship, assist with activities of daily living, and help maintain safe homelike environments. Payment includes orientation, weekly pay, and a caregiver rewards program.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English.
• Availability to work in Framingham, Newton, Natick and surrounding areas.
• Willingness to work short hour cases.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to drive.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Frequent standing and walking; assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals).
• Help with daily care like bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Communicate concerns and escalate safety issues as needed.
• Respect diverse client personalities while maintaining professionalism.
• Be a friendly face and a steady presence.
