Job summary

Boeing Phantom Works is seeking Model‑Based Systems Engineers to help shape and verify complex aerospace architectures using MBSE tooling. You’ll contribute to the SEIT team's efforts in Berkeley, MO, guiding interfaces, requirements, and verification activities.

As part of the EVMF, you’ll interact with customers and management, craft SOWs, manage changes, and drive metrics to ensure on‑time, within‑budget program execution. Travel up to 10% and security clearance requirements apply.

Qualifications

• MBSE, SysML, Cameo/MSOSA experience required or highly desired.
• Experience with system architecture development for complex aerospace systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or adjacent field is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead/participate in MBSE architecture development and interface definition.
• Coordinate with EMVF team, suppliers and customers to resolve obstacles.
• Develop and review EVMF deliverables with cross‑functional engineers.
• Maintain baselines for cost, schedule, risks, and technical metrics.
