Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 12+ years of relevant experience.
Experience leading systems engineering for complex hardware/software systems.
Experience modeling with SysML and MBSE practices.
Ability to lead meetings and resolve cross-organizational issues.
Active or eligible for U.S. government security clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements development, system architecture, interface definition, and verification for Navy programs.
Develop and maintain MBSE system architecture models and interfaces.
Analyze electrical, data, control, and comm interfaces (Ethernet, MIL-STD-1553, RS-422).
Coordinate cybersecurity, configuration management, and integration activities with stakeholders.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship across government and industry partners.
