Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to drive MBSE modeling and DoDAF-based system design using SysML and Cameo. You will develop, maintain, and integrate large-scale system models with traceability across engineering teams, supporting TACMOR network service projects while traveling to CONUS and OCONUS locations.

This role requires hands-on MBSE with Cameo (2024x or later), mentorship of engineers, and strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• MBSE experience leading system modeling efforts.
• SysML modeling using Cameo for DoDAF.
• Experience with requirements traceability across models.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and expand large-scale SysML models using Cameo and DoDAF.
• Create system architecture artifacts (BDD, IBD, use cases, activity diagrams, sequences).
• Generate MBSE outputs (ICD, IDD, SDD, RVTM) and support design reviews and testing.
