Karp Strategies is seeking an MBA Intern to provide Chief of Staff-style support across strategic and operational priorities. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to contribute meaningfully to a growing, mission-driven firm.

You'll work on BD pipeline optimization, market intelligence, data infrastructure, AI tools, and cross-functional projects, reporting to the Managing Principal and mentoring from our Marketing & BD Associate

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an MBA program with focus on strategy or operations.
• Interest in urban issues and social impact consulting.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis and reporting experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with AI tools to support research and writing.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate across teams.
• Discretion in handling confidential information.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with CRM or project management tools.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support BD and market intelligence activities with senior leadership.
• Assist in go-to-market planning for targeted practice areas.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and client materials.
• Develop data infrastructure and reporting dashboards.
• Identify high-impact marketing content and narratives.
• Document meetings and track follow-up actions.
• Support strategic planning and KPI tracking.
