Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or student status in related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with investors and executives.
• Highly organized with strong project management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms (Clarify, Juniper Square, etc.).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Google Workspace; Excel/Sheets emphasized.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools in work or academics.
• Desire to learn new technologies and apply AI to workflows.
• Experience with canva or design tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain investor pipeline across CRM platforms with accurate tracking.
• Update deal stages and assist fundraising progression.
• Manage CRM data, lead tracking and relationship history.
• Assist onboarding, including documentation and onboarding portals.
• Support capital-raising initiatives and advisory engagement.
• Attend investor meetings and circulate minutes and follow-ups.
• Prepare investor pipeline reports and activity summaries.
