Medline’s MBA Intern in Strategic Operations & AI is a 12-week summer program designed to immerse students in data-driven analysis and strategic initiatives. You will work across Sales, Operations, Product Management, Finance, and more to develop leadership-ready insights and recommendations.

The role emphasizes delivering high-impact projects, translating insights into actionable steps, and presenting findings to senior leaders, with exposure to senior leaders and curated networking

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional business experience with Information Technology, AI, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort working with data.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community, and with vendors.
• Demonstrated ability to present to senior management with the purpose of influencing decisions

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-impact project that advances innovation, operational effectiveness, or business performance.
• Translate business, technology, and customer insights into actionable recommendations.
• Develop and present actionable recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders
• Support strategic initiatives, process improvements, or cost-savings efforts
• Collaborate with teams across Sales, Operations, Product Management, Finance, and more to solve real business problems
• Prepare leadership-ready presentations or reports to share findings
