Qualifications

• MBA candidate currently pursuing degree.
• 3+ years of professional business experience with IT or AI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence decisions with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-impact project that advances innovation, operational effectiveness, or business performance.
• Translate business, technology, and customer insights into actionable recommendations.
• Develop and present actionable recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders
• Support strategic initiatives, process improvements, or cost-savings efforts
• Collaborate with teams across Sales, Operations, Product Management, Finance, and more to solve real business problems
• Prepare leadership-ready presentations or reports to share findings
