Job summary

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) seeks an MBA Intern for Pricing and Contracts Performance to support price realization, discount governance, and contract lifecycle insights across IDT and Aldevron. This role offers hands-on experience at the intersection of commercial strategy, finance, and life sciences innovation.

You will work with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, developing analytics, dashboards, and executive summaries to drive margin improvement and pricing maturity.

Qualifications

• MBA candidate with focus on finance, analytics, or strategy.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience handling commercial data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze pricing, discounting, margins, renewal, and contract performance data; identify trends, risks, and opportunities across IDT and Aldevron.
• Develop performance dashboards, standard work, and management reporting to improve visibility into price realization and contract health.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Contracts, Finance, Sales, Legal, Product Management, and other stakeholders to translate needs into analytics and process recommendations.
• Assist with contract lifecycle performance initiatives including renewal tracking, pricing discipline, and customer analytics.
• Compare IDT and Aldevron pricing practices and support alignment across tools, data models, and workflows.
• Prepare executive‑ready summaries, recommendations, and final deliverables communicating findings and impact.
