Jerry Seiner Las Vegas Mazda is seeking an experienced Mazda Sales Manager to lead and develop a high‑performing sales team in Las Vegas, NV. You will drive profitability, coach staff, and focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Lead by example, desk deals, and collaborate closely with Finance, Used Vehicle, Inventory, and Service to optimize dealership performance and CRM accuracy. This role rewards leadership, results, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a team of automotive sales consultants
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve sales volume and profitability goals
• Desk deals, structure transactions, TO customers, and assist with closing opportunities
• Conduct regular sales meetings, one-on-one coaching, and performance reviews
• Monitor daily sales performance, gross profit, payroll, and productivity metrics
• Drive customer satisfaction and improve manufacturer Customer Experience (Top Box/PDS) scores
• Collaborate with Finance, Used Vehicle, Inventory, and Service departments to maximize dealership performance
• Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards
• Support inventory management, prospecting initiatives, and dealership marketing efforts

Jerry Seiner Las Vegas Mazda is looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our leadership team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated leader who thrives on coaching people, maximizing profitability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Compensation:

$90,000 - $150,000+ annually (Performance-Based Compensation Plan)

What You'll Do

• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a team of automotive sales consultants

• Valid driver's license and an excellent professional reputation
