Jerry Seiner Las Vegas Mazda is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead a team of sales consultants and drive profitability while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will partner with the General Manager to meet sales goals and coach staff to achieve top performance.

The role requires a proven track record in sales leadership, strong negotiation skills, and a focus on coaching, development, and CRM accuracy to maximize dealership results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive sales management experience.
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience desking deals and improving dealership sales performance.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a team of automotive sales consultants.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve sales volume and profitability goals.
• Desk deals, structure transactions, TO customers, and assist with closing opportunities.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, one-on-one coaching, and performance reviews.
• Monitor daily sales performance, gross profit, payroll, and productivity metrics.
• Drive customer satisfaction and improve manufacturer Customer Experience scores.
• Collaborate with Finance, Used Vehicle, Inventory, and Service departments to maximize performance.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Support inventory management, prospecting initiatives, and dealership marketing efforts.

Compensation

$90,000 - $150,000+ annually (Performance-Based Compensation Plan)

What You'll Do

• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a team of automotive sales consultants
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve sales volume and profitability goals
• Desk deals, structure transactions, TO customers, and assist with closing opportunities

• Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards
• Support inventory management, prospecting initiatives, and dealership marketing efforts
