Job summary

Tatitlek Management Services, Inc. (TMSI) seeks an Enterprise Resource Planning Specialist (ERPS) to manage a large preventive maintenance and repair portfolio across multiple sites and facilities.

You will serve as the Maximo SME and primary liaison with DOS leadership for ERP matters, gather maintenance information, and help develop O&M practices while ensuring data integrity. This role requires deep Maximo knowledge, PM planning and scheduling expertise, and the ability to coordinate with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ERP/Maximo experience in facilities/maintenance.
• 5+ years managing large PM portfolios across multi-site environments.
• Secret clearance or ability to obtain.
• Asset data management and PM records creation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary Maximo subject matter expert and client liaison.
• Coordinate maintenance information and development of O&M practices.
• Provide Maximo user training and support.
• Create PMs and routes; ensure data accuracy and PM schedules.
• Balance PM workload across sites and facilities.
• Generate reports to support leadership decisions.
