The Enterprise Resource Planning Specialist will manage a large preventive maintenance and repair portfolio of multi-site, multi building/facility. They will serve as the O&M Contractor's Maximo subject matter expert and primary point of contact with DOS leadership for all matters involving Maximo and will interact with client/DOS subject matter experts in meetings and correspondence to gather maintenance information and coordinate with DOS in the development of O&M business practices and assist with Maximo user support. The ERPS supervisor will ensure the accuracy of asset data, completeness, and compliance with data standards, make certain that new assets are successfully created in Maximo after commissioning along with appropriate PMs, create PMs and routes to meet warranty and equipment recommendations and ensure PM workload is balanced.
