Job summary

DMI is seeking a Maximo Development Lead to join our DC-area team. The role focuses on enterprise asset management, software development lifecycles, and end-to-end systems integration for large-scale public and private sector projects.

You will manage projects, analyze requirements, and guide high-availability design across Maximo and related ERP environments, with a strong emphasis on data archiving, auditing, and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree plus a Bachelor's in a related field.
• 10+ years of diversified technical experience with complex information systems.
• IBM Certified Advanced Deployment Professional - Asset Management.
• Maximo 7.6 certification.
• ITIL Expert Level certification.
• PMP certification.
• Experience with Oracle Exadata Architecture.
• Experience with Maximo integration tools and MIF.

Responsibilities

• Support program/project management tasks and document generation for SDLC assets.
• Manage projects as assigned and conduct cost/benefit analysis.
• Present oral/written reports and recommendations.
• Analyze, design, develop, implement, and support enterprise systems.
• Prepare AMS responses to audits and implement audit plans.
• Provide HA/DR design across application components (Maximo, ERP).
• Provide Maximo functional/technical support and process improvements.
• Review design documents and implement updates to applications.
• QA/QC and risk management for development to production cycles.
• Perform data integration studies and ITS-based analyses.
