Job summary

Peraton is seeking an IBM Maximo Technical Lead to serve as the functional lead for IBM Maximo capabilities supporting the BEP MES environment. The Lead will provide hands-on leadership for Maximo configuration, customization, integration, asset management, maintenance processes, reporting, troubleshooting, and sustainment.

The role is hybrid, requiring on-site work three days per week in Washington, DC, with periodic travel to Fort Worth, TX as needed.

Qualifications

U.S. citizen with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
Bachelor's/Associates/HS with progressive experience in enterprise applications and IBM Maximo.
Strong experience administering, configuring, integrating, and sustaining IBM Maximo in production.
Experience with Maximo integrations, scripting, and performance analysis.
Experience in Agile/SAFe delivery environments.

Responsibilities

Lead Maximo technical and functional activities across asset management and maintenance.
Configure and customize Maximo apps, workflows, screens, and reports.
Develop and maintain integrations between Maximo and MES/ERP/other systems.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Maximo teams.
Support releases, upgrades, and after-hours activities as needed.
