Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience using ERP systems (IBM Maximo) to support maintenance and operations of facilities/buildings.
• 5+ years of experience managing a large PM/repair portfolio across multi-site environments.
• Valid Maximo system training certificate.
• Annual continuing education certificates related to the Maximo system.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution across complex, multi-site portfolios.
• Proficiency in asset data management, including data entry, validation, and standards compliance.
• Ability to create and manage PM records and routes in alignment with warranty and manufacturer recommendations.
• Experience coordinating with government clients or stakeholders to translate requirements into ERP configurations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data discrepancy resolution.
• Experience providing end-user support, including training and troubleshooting within ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Maximo subject matter expert and point of contact for Client leadership on ERP matters.
• Interact with client and Client SMEs to gather maintenance information and develop O&M practices.
• Assist with Maximo user support and staff training on the system.
• Ensure new assets are created in Maximo after commissioning with appropriate PMs.
• Create PMs and routes to meet warranty and equipment manufacturer recommendations.
• Balance PM workload across the portfolio for efficient scheduling and resource allocation.
• Manage a large preventive maintenance and repair portfolio across multiple sites/buildings.
• Monitor system data to identify discrepancies and maintain data integrity.
• Coordinate with Client leadership on ongoing Maximo-related O&M practices.
• Maintain annual Maximo-related continuing education certifications.
• Generate reports and data analyses to support leadership decisions.
