Job summary

Mentor Technical Group is seeking a maintenance professional to manage the CMMS, ensuring accurate data flow for equipment, preventive and predictive tasks. The role includes registering job orders and maintaining calibration lists, while training the maintenance team and generating key metrics and monthly performance reports.

Ideal candidates will have a BS in Science and 1–3 years of maintenance experience, with solid CMMS software proficiency.

Qualifications

• BS in Science; 1–2 years industry experience preferred.
• Maintenance experience 1–3 years preferred.
• Proficiency with CMMS and related software required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the CMMS to assure proper information flow.
• Register equipment data, preventive and predictive maintenance in CMMS.
• Register job order information when necessary.
• Develop, update or correct maintenance and calibration lists.
• Manage and provide training to all maintenance department users.
• Develop metrics and reports for all maintenance activities according to user requirements.
• Support any spare parts CMMS system requests.
• Develop, Update and Review Procedures.
• Formal performance monthly reports for all technical personnel.
