Job summary

NOV in San Antonio is seeking a Maintenance Planner to plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance within the Max Maintenance ecosystem. You will develop detailed job plans, estimates, tools, materials, permits, drawings, and safety requirements to minimize downtime.

You will collaborate with production and purchasing to ensure parts availability, maintain PM programs based on reliability and history, and generate KPI reports for management while contributing to annual budget

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of maintenance planning, maintenance supervision, or industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using CMMS software (SAP PM, Maximo, Max Maintenance, Infor EAM, Oracle, Fiix, or similar).
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial manufacturing systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP).
• APICS, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement certifications.
• Experience with predictive maintenance technologies.
• Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM).
