Job summary

Alamo Colleges District seeks a Facilities Management Systems Analyst to support and maintain the Facilities Management System (FMS) and other team-supported systems. The role acts as a technical point-of-contact, assists SMEs with data integrity, testing, and reporting, and analyzes data flows for process improvement opportunities.

Posting notes indicate a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 3+ years in CMMS/EAM or related tech fields, and preferred advanced Maximo/CMMS experience or project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant experience, education, and training that equates to the required degree.
• Three years of relevant experience in facilities management systems, CMMS/EAM administration, or a related technical field.
• Five years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with IBM Maximo Asset Management or facility management systems, including configuration, workflow design, and reporting.
• Experience in data manipulation, developing facilities/operations reports, and/or working in a higher education or public sector environment.
• One or more years of project management experience.
• Systems implementation experience, preferably Maximo or equivalent CMMS/EAM platform.

Responsibilities

• Supports and maintains the Facilities Management System (FMS) and related systems.
• Serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas.
• Assists subject matter experts with data integrity, testing, and reporting.
• Analyzes data flows for process improvement opportunities.
• Supports facility system upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects.
